Glenlakes Golf Club
Golfers love variety and options, and that’s exactly what is available at GlenLakes Golf Club. Twenty-seven holes of golf at a great price and two distinctly different courses are a bonanza for every level of player. The Vista and Dunes courses, a collaborative effort of designers Bruce Devlin and Robert Von Hagge, gives golfers the feeling of Old World links golf with 18 holes of undulating fairways, well-placed mounding and greens with plenty of slope to them. The Lakes course is a 3,065-yard, par 35 resort-type nine-hole layout. Wide fairways are great for players of all levels, but water comes into play on six of the nine holes, so bring a bit of strategy with you.
These are just a couple of the reasons GlenLakes is widely regarded as one of the best facilities and values along the Gulf Coast. There is a premier practice facility that allows players to warm up before a round or take out some frustrations after a round, and a 10,000 sq. ft. putting green. If you choose to take your frustrations out with something from the grill or a cold beverage, the Bunker Café is the place to go. Five big screen TVs can help take your mind off a tough day or enhance your viewing of the big game. Don’t miss GlenLakes Golf Club in Foley, Alabama, not far from the beaches and the Gulf of Mexico.
